SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 131(FIN) "An Act                                                                            
establishing the Alaska Community and Public Transportation Advisory                                                            
Board and relating to a long-range community and public transportation                                                          
plan; and providing for an effective date" which had been moved to the                                                          
bottom of the calendar (page 2269), was before the Senate in second

Page 4, line 17, following "natural gas,":                                                                                      
 Insert "liquefied natural gas,"                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
Senator Dyson moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Without                                                                
objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
